The SHOPS at Gainey Village
The Corritore Company successfully led the redevelopment of this well-located property in Central Scottsdale. We consulted on a complete renovation of the Center and replaced 70% of the space in the project with new tenants. A newly designed Sprouts Farmer's Market was added as an anchor tenant and the Center was leased to 100% adding substantial value to the Shops at Gainey.
